How to Apply

Application Information

There is a non-refundable application/background check fee of $55 per applicant. Please note that to secure a room, you'll need to provide:

1. First month's rent
2. Security deposit (equal to one month's rent)
3. Application fee

All three payments are required to complete your move-in. We also require proof of income that is at least twice the monthly rent amount. While we don't require a perfectly clean background check, any concerning issues may affect your application. We encourage you to ask any questions you might have before submitting your application to ensure a smooth process.
